'''''Imaginos III: Mutant Reformation''''' is the fifth solo studio album by [[Albert Bouchard]] and the third album in Bouchard's ''Imaginos'' trilogy, preceded by ''[[Imaginos II: Bombs Over Germany (minus zero and counting)]]''. It was released on July 7, 2023 by RockHeart Records, an imprint of Deko Entertainment owned by Albert and [[Joe Bouchard]].

The album consists mainly of material previously recorded by [[Blue Öyster Cult]] (as well as Stalk-Forrest Group), with the exception of six songs. "[[Mountain of Madness]]" is the only new song co-written by [[Sandy Pearlman]]. "[[Queens Boulevard|The Queen's Graveyard]]", "[[Mothra|Mothra & Starfish]]", and "[[Buddha's Knee]]" were written for Soft White Underbelly, the precursor to Blue Öyster Cult, and never saw an official release. "[[Welcome to Desdanovaland]]" and "[[Arianna of Earth]]" are entirely new compositions by Albert Bouchard and Susie Loraine.

One song, "[[Port Jefferson]]", was intended by Pearlman to be included on ''Mutant Reformation''; however, the original demo for this song was unable to be found prior to the album's release and it was not included.
