'''''Spectres''''' is the fifth studio album by [[Blue Öyster Cult]]. It was released in November, 1977 by [[Columbia Records]], peaking at No. 43 on the Billboard 200 on December 3 and holding for two weeks. The album was certified Gold by RIAA in 1978.

This album spawned two singles, "[[Goin' Through the Motions]]" / "[[Searchin' for Celine]]" and "[[Godzilla]]" / "[[Nosferatu]]", neither of which charted. Despite this, Godzilla remains a concert staple and is one of their most popular songs.
