It was released on October 15, 2021 by RockHeart Records, an imprint of Deko Entertainment owned by Albert and Joe Bouchard.
This album consists mainly of material previously recorded by Blue Öyster Cult, with the exception of four tracks. "Independence Day", "Three Sisters", and "Half Life Time" are all songs co-written by Sandy Pearlman, while "Il Duce", a song allegedly demoed by Blue Öyster Cult during the Cultösaurus Erectus sessions, was written by David Roter.[1]
