Tyranny and Mutation is the second studio album by Blue Öyster Cult. It was released in February 1973 by Columbia Records and, on May 12, peaked at No. 122 on the Billboard 200.
This album spawned one single, "Hot Rails to Hell" / "7 Screaming Diz-Busters", which did not chart.
